D.Pharma candidates must have passed 12th in the Science stream with Physics and Chemistry as the main subject of study in addition to either Mathematics/Biology as one of the other subjects.
Admission to D.Pharma is done on the basis of merit scored in the qualifying examination and valid score obtained in GUJCET. D.Pharma candidates can fill the form through both online and offline mode.
Candidates need to register for the State or National level examination on the respective official websites. Candidates for admission to all courses except for D.Pharma are required to collect the Information Booklet and PIN from any of the designated branches of Kotak Mahindra Bank.

The procedure for application form filling is as follows:
1.Visit the website and Click on New Registration
2.Select the option choice for Degree/ Diploma Pharmacy. Enter the Sr. Number printed on PIN cover 14 digit PIN given in the booklet
3.Enter the other required details and click on the Submit Button. (Candidates are required to fill the Sr. Number printed on PIN cover as USER ID)
4.Click on Submit Button, recheck the details and Click on Confirm Registration Details.
5.Take a printout of the Filled in Application Form and verify the documents at the designated Help Centre.
Candidates are required to carry the printed copy of the registration form along with the mentioned documents. Collect the Registration Slip from the Help Centre. There is no need to apply through ACPC registration for the candidates belonging to Outside Gujarat state. Such candidates will be considered under Vacant Quota.

I dint study there but I have lots of friends there they said they had the best experience there in terms of studies environment faculty infrastructure and placements! I have gone Punjab once to meet my friend there I visited the campus of Chandigarh university and its more than amazing I wondered if I visited there 1 year ago I should have preferred this college! Its better than any Patna or other colleges! To apply in this college you have to appear in an entrance exam called CUCET. Don't worry about the placements here, if you study well and develop your skills, 101% you'll be placed. They will train you properly for industrial purposes!

You should go for Chandigarh University. Dietetics is the Science and art of feeding individuals based on the principles of nutrition.
