no subject can be called worthless if you want to join a business. actually the choice of subjects depends upon the type and capacity of business you want to join. if you want to join as employee you should prefer maths, economics, accountancy etc. if you want to join as enterprenaur, hr and public relations will be the best for you, still you should have the sufficent knowledge of accounts and business practices. so, in both the situations maths, business practices, accountacy, office management etc will be the best.

although it is not compulsory but it is preffered in many of the cbse schools. it is not possible for a hindi teacher to teach in english teacher. i myself had been working as a principal in a chain of schools. fluency in english is preferred in cbse schools just to impress the parents and as students copy the teacher management wishes a teacher should use english in general conversation. for general conversation your mom can learn just some usefull commands that are to be spoken in class. all the languages can be best taught in respectice script only.
