Getting a CISCO institute is rare but then you can look for the training centers in Delhi which offers Cisco certification and are authorized centers as well.

you can go with bca with it you do a simple diploma in computers and be very good in languages like java and .net . it would be best for you.

for the job of liberarian you should be MLib or b lib but for the post of lecturer of liberary science you should either be phd or net.

BITS Pilani is definitely very reputed and also gives good education. You choice of the subject should depend upon the kind of career you want to have. If you are intent on doing from BITS Pilani then choose a technical stream and not MBA, that is my advice to you Jay.

IIMs offer FP program. the admission process includes submission of CAT/GMAT score followed by a round of interview.

Since you have MA public personal Mgmt combined with B.Ed you can actually be an academic coordinator , who acts as an interface between parents and students. Many reputed and recognized schools advertise for this position. I feel this would suit your profile.
Students who have done PPM thru Distance from Osmania uni and other uni's of Ap are getting good , decently paid jobs both in reputed schools, corporate colleges and in colleges of engg.
