Dear Anmol. My friend did B.Tech in CSE from LPU itself. He told me that to get admission to the CSE programme at LPU, you should have a minimum of 35-40% or 85 percentile in the JEE Mains exam. Yes you can but for that you need to either clear Union Public Service Commission conducted Civil Services exam and secure a seat in IPS through ranking or need to appear for state public service exam. however, you will not be a forensic expert. All the forensic tests are done at a specialized lab like one in Hyderabad and Mumbai. for that, you need to pursue MBBS then MD/ MS in forensic science

Normally students go for MBA after BBA. Since you are looking something different my suggestions are:
- Go for Bank test and get into a bank for job
- If you want to study then you can go for CA/CS
