BCA through correspondence won't help you much in the long run, I would advise that you should go for regular BCA as it holds more value as compared to the correspondence BCA.

Of course, you can get admission in BE Computer Science in many private colleges. But, why go for any college when you can take admission in one of the oldest Engineering colleges of India.
Thapar University, Patiala is the best Indian private college with a legacy of more than 60 years. You can apply for admissions in B.E/B.Tech for 2017 session.
You can find the fee structure here- http://thapar.edu/images/admission17/TUITION FEE AND OTHER DUES.pdf

Hi,
Is this something you want to learn as hobby or want to make it a career? You can consider it as a hobby but if you are thinking of it as a career option then I don't know how it is going to help you in getting a good job.
First make yourself clearer about what you want to study and do in life.
