Hello Ranajit Sarmah,
After B.Sc in earth science, you should opt for PG in the same subject, for graduation in earth science does lend you a good job. But your salary package increases manifold when you start your professional life after PG in the same subject. Also, after PG, if you are interested you can go for PhD.
You can also give CSIR net exam earth science, this is one of the best exams and after qualifying you can work under the top researcher and best scientist in India.

As far I know, Doctorate in MLT is offered by some universities, but in MRIT, I think, no university in India is having a doctorate course. Secondly, the scope is very less as after doing RIT, you have to work as an imaging technician as no other degree holder is eligible to sign the radiology reports except the qualified radiologist.
