However, discontinued education does not mean that you cannot pursue your education any further. You can always go for graduation in one year or also known as distance graduation.
You just have to meet with your district officer and tell him why you discontinued your graduation in past time and want to continue your graduation and make a gap year proof. You have mentioned, in which time you have left your graduation on the application. Still, you can continue your graduation.

As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, the fee structure for the LL.B. Programme at Jamia Millia Islamia for the academic year 2021-2022 is as follows:
