Hi Rakesh, RWTH Aachen, TU Ilmenau, Univ of Bayreuth, TU Kaiserslautern are the Universities that offer the course that you have requested. These being the top end Universities will require you to have good scores in GRE(a minimum of 1300 should be preferable) and TOEFL(a min of 100)
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.

Hi,
Yes you can surely pursue MBA abroad if you full fill the eligibility criteria, in order to get admission in MBA the universities require:
Minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
Good academic background throughout preferably 60%.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus and GMAT score of 600 plus.
Scholarships are competitive and awarded to the most deserving students. At the graduate level you can get funding in the form of graduate assistantships. In exchange you may get your entire/partial tuition fees waived, and get a monthly stipend to cover your living expenses.

As Kanshi said, AUT is the best option. If you only wish to do a PG in Auckland, then you could also consider Unitec for a (Postgraduate Diploma in Computing).

American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree.
