if you want to become an ias officer so 1st you have to know about this exam . there are three stage of this exam 1 pre exam( optional paper )-paper1 csat, & paper2 based on gs,gk . after clear this pre exam you'll give mains exam(subjective paper) 1st paper csat 2nd gk,gs and 3rd general English,4th general Hindi and your two optional subjects which you have to selected .and after clear this you will go for interview and when you'll selected .you'll be an ias .
