Hi Abhi, as you had English as the medium of instruction, you will only need to get a letter stating the same. So you may not be required to appear for TOEFL. There is no harm in taking the exam though.

If you have scored 1340 in GRE than i don't think you have to apply at nanyang.!! You can very well apply at some top-notch univ in US.!! I think the average score for ntu is abt 1200+ with a minimum AWA score of 3.5
