Dear Milind,
For the IBPS and Bank Exams you need to be a Graduate.
However, this year for SBI PO the eligibility.the Final Year Graduate was also eligible to apply.
Hope you applied.as the deadline passed. However, few pvt. bank need 10+2.for clerical or back office possible.
But I would recommend you to apply after your graduation as the age to apply is between 21-30.
Good Luck :)

Regarding preparation of various MBA entrance exams I would suggest you to first start with self-preparation and stick to it for few weeks and revise your class 10 and 12th maths (CBSE/ICSE if possible) to strengthen your basics.
After few weeks of self study you may then consider joining some good coaching institute which offers quality coaching for various MBA entrance tests.
The number of hours that you are required to put in depends on your individual aptitude however I would suggest you to go for self study of minimum of 3-4 hours daily apart from coaching.
Regularly give mock test, based on your performance in mock tests you may
