You are comparing two very different subjects which have no relation to each other. It is best if you decide if you are inclined more towards hospitality or engineering. If you are strong in mathematics and want a career in engineering you should go for B.Tech. Hotel management is a different field altogether. To be in HM you must have a vibrant personality and business skills as well. Research more on what hotel management is about, the career outcomes, etc. and see if this is what you have been looking for. Both the sectors have good prospects in their own sectors.
