A paleontologist is a scientist who studies fossils. If your basement is filled with fossils found while out on hikes, then you're an amateur paleontologist.
A Ph.D. is usually necessary for paleontological careers. Aspiring paleontologists should have extensive knowledge of biology and geology. A double-major with full training in both is the best educational option. Chemistry, physics, calculus, statistics, and computer Science are also very important. Undergraduate geology classes typically include mineralogy, stratigraphy, sedimentary petrology, vertebrate and invertebrate paleontology, ecology, evolutionary biology, and genetics.

There are many fields you can go for after BA. You have not mentioned your age as there has been a big gap. There are some competitive exams you can appear for - like civil services, staff selection commission exams, etc. but the maximum age eligibility. There are lots of job oriented courses as well but they all have age restrictions. But still there are many other courses where age is no bar. Few of them are:
B.Ed / MA
Fashion designing
Interior Decorator
MBA

My advice will be to do a job for at least 2 to 3 years and prepare for MBA entrance like CAT or XAT as work experience will give you more insight and you can do more justice with your MBA as you can relate both.

PGDM is an institute autonomous program which is approved by AICTE.
MBA is a program which is affiliated to a University.

Typically, if any PGDM is to be equivalent to MBA then the course duration should be 2 years, a 1 year PGDM will not be equal to MBA course.
Even IIMs, XLRIs doesnt offer MBA degrees they only give PGP
