JBIMS accepts only CAT, CMAT, and CET for the admission of its MMS program. So, you need to give at least one of these three and score really well to stand a chance of getting admission.

Both MBA and MS are good fields. MBA on one hand offers a broader and general view in management. On the other hand, MS focuses on one single speciality mostly. There are many good MS colleges abroad. I personally am doing MBA in ITBM from Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology, keeping in mind that IT industry is going at a faster pace in India.

No, there is not any other separate entrance exam way for UG course. So if you want to get admitted into NSIT then you must have appear for JEE Mains. And good rank in JEE mains too. After getting a good rank in jee mains. You have to fill a separate form for counselling JAC DELHI. In order to take admission in NSIT you have to appear for JEE Main then you have to participate in JAC Counselling.
This year cut-off rank for All India level is 4867.
