If your interest is in agriculture then you can do B.Sc in agriculture because this is also a good option. Else, you can join CSE but I think you should go with your interest.

For preparing for GATE you have to buy all subject's books which ask in GATE and then after solving all those subjects you should join test series to analyse your self. You can follow this procedure. You Have to give very much time to your study you can't even skip a day . For gate you have to prepare more .

Hi,
You will need to take KCET. For students from outside of Karnataka, take COMEDK entrance exam. One can also get in through management quota. For KCET and COMEDK, review the list of cut-off ranks for various branches for last few years. You will then understand your chances better.
And, of course, 10+2 is the basic eligibility.

43% is not an acceptable score so I doubt your eligibility. Besides MBA programs are very competitive, they require applicants who not have a good percentile but also require applicants to have work experience of 2-3 years. If you really want to go abroad for the sake of it you can waste your money in some very low ranked colleges in East Europe may be. There is no dearth of mediocre colleges abroad, check what matches your profile. Also be ready for the consequences like non-recognition of your degree in India, unemployability, etc. Attend education fairs and contact some consultancy to help you out.
