There are many colleges for BBA but as you have 65 percent, I would suggest you go with Amity University because you will get scholarship there for the same. Please check the list of top colleges for BBA:

After class 12th Science/Commerce stream, to get the admission in BCA you need to fill the application form online from the respective university website or need to go to the respective center. After filling that in few days you will get merit list stating how many colleges you can opt. Then you can select your college. Few University may have an entrance test which you need to check before applying.

To get admission at IIT Gandhinagar for UG Engineering courses, you need to clear JEE Main and JEE Advanced with a great score. IIT Gandhinagar admission is purely based on the ranks secured and hence you need to perform very well. For PG courses, you need to clear GATE or IIT JAM depending on your stream. There is no other way to get into IIT Gandhinagar.

First of all congratulations, with 75/200 marks in NATA 2019 exams, 95 percentile in JEE Mains Paper 2 exam and 68% score in your class 12th, you can surely secure admission in good colleges across the country. It would have been easier if you could have stated the state/ region, you are seeking to pursue your B.Arch program.
BMS College of Architecture would be a little difficult, but surely you can secure admission in other good colleges.
