Yes, you can study in Australia. It's going to be competitive because getting a first class makes it easier. However, there are many universities in Australia, all of which are not highly competitive. You can check university's websites for programme specific admission requirements and apply. You have to take the IELTS too.

For admissions into any of the B.Com programs, the candidates should have passed in Higher Secondary School Examination with Maths and English as core subjects.
B.Com in Banking & Insurance:
A candidate for being eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Commerce (Banking & Insurance)Degree Course shall have passed XII Std.
