For general category students, the cut-off percentile fixed by JoSAA is 89.75. Unfortunately your percentile at 87.4 is not meeting required level & hence I am afraid you will not be able to register with JoSAA.

Firstly let me congratulate you for scoring such nicely in JEE Mains. Any percentile about 90 is definitely exceptional. I'm sure you will get the branch which you want in NIT. But I want to advise you that you must dream big. Dream of getting admission in CSC branch in IIT, Bombay. It does not have good market value. If you have a strong will and perform exceptionally well in college only then you should take admission in IPU.
I think DU is far better than IPU.

Firstly, note the given transaction number and then call the college. Ask them whether they have received the amount and also ask for your application number. If they have not received the amount, you need to immediately contact your bank for the refund and pay the same fees on college website again for the registration. Hope this helps.
