For general category students, the cut-off percentile fixed by JoSAA is 89.75. Unfortunately your percentile at 87.4 is not meeting required level & hence I am afraid you will not be able to register with JoSAA.

Firstly let me congratulate you for scoring such nicely in JEE Mains. Any percentile about 90 is definitely exceptional. I'm sure you will get the branch which you want in NIT. But I want to advise you that you must dream big. Dream of getting admission in CSC branch in IIT, Bombay. With your performance in Mains exam, I am sure if you study a little more you will make your dream come true. But dreaming big is a must as then only you can achieve great laurels in life. I will once again I request you to meditate, ponder over what I am suggesting and do appear for JEE advanced for a shot at getting admission in IIT, Mumb

Firstly, note the given transaction number and then call the college. Ask them whether they have received the amount and also ask for your application number. If they have not received the amount, you need to immediately contact your bank for the refund and pay the same fees on college website again for the registration. Hope this helps.
