It seems difficult to get the top notch ones like IITs or NITS. However, few of which you may consider are: Guru Ghasidas University, Bhagwant University, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi, Tezpur University, and Shobhit University etc. You can also try with BIT Patna or Deogarh.
