Please note taht you can not do B.Sc or B.Tech from any recognised University in one sitting. As your degree itself will not be valid, there is no question of getting admission for B.Ed. So, if you are really serioud about the career, do not adopt the short cut route, it may lead you to trouble rather than appreciation.

Hi Souvik,
Although, the opinion may vary from person to person, but what I feel that the most important thing which one should keep in mind is his/her own interests and career aspirations, according to me Electronics would be more beneficial than physics honors as the scope of this programme limits to teaching or research work whereas with electronics you can get into other fields like IT, Computers, Aeronautical research etc.

Well although the requirements may differ from one institute to another, but most importantly it is your area of interest and career preference which will matter the most and for this purpose, you can definitely look for a course accordingly.
