This programme from IIT definitely will have a more value than any correspondence programme, reason being the brand value added to the programme, apart from this part time programme, will have more value than correspondence, especially when you have work experience. However, the best option still is full time MBA.

Only if you feel confident and have a complete faith in your self that you would be able to crack ISAT well in your next attempt then only you should opt to go for the next attempt else you shoul try and get the best possible institute through the EAMCET Entrance Examination.

I have no idea where you heard such thing rather we are busy planning for our 1st Anniversary.2ndly this is not like a regular college where you have 40 students in a class.This is professional college where student experience the practical part of subject that they choose to study,hence we take max 10 min & min 1 student in a single Discipline to start so that the student gets individual attention.
