You can opt for Diploma in CIVIL engg ( 3 year course) and after Clearing Diploma can take 2nd year later entry to B.Tech ( civil). Total will come to 6 years.

you can do MBA or M-tech
As an Electrical engineer you will benefited as most of the stable/ big firm have the vacancy for electrical engineer.
