Hi,
I doubt it because as per its website the for MU students admission to MSc Physics and i quote, 'only the marks obtained by the candidate in Physics at the third year B.Sc. examination of the university will be considered for deciding merit for admission' and for and I quote again , 'a candidate belonging to University other than the University of Mumbai should have physics as one of the major subjects at the third year of the B.Sc degree course.'
If you meet the above mentioned eligibility criteria then you are eligible.

i would suggest an MSc IT as it would render u more marketable. MBA can be done later full time, part time or distance.all da best!!
