BCA from IP University will be better. DAV is not known to all but IP University is popular in the whole country. Location wise Delhi is better than Chandigarh. Chandigarh is also a very beautiful city.

You can most certainly pursue an MBA /PGDM (IB) after earning a BBA from a recognised university. The minimal requirements are graduation (in any stream) plus meeting the requirements of the relevant institution. To qualify for the scholarship, you must have a high cumulative grade point average (CGPA) or percentage since many institutions now offer financial aid based on prior academic performance.
