I suppose you mean to say, you do not want to do class 11th and class 12th. In that case, you may prefer to do Diploma courses or even specialized certificate courses in the fields of your choice. Example - engineering Diploma, Diploma in diverse designing disciplines, beauty and nutrition, etc.

Yeah, you can definitely get admission in B.Sc (Hons.) Zoology at LPU with 91% in +2. From what I've seen, you easily meet the eligibility, and admissions are usually open till seats are filled, so you can apply now without any issue.
Honestly, with 91%, you also have a good chance of getting a decent scholarship. Compared to many colleges with high cutoffs, LPU is more flexible and gives you both easy admission and fee benefits.

Yes, a few colleges offer after 10th Diploma in Journalism courses online. Among them, Tamilnadu Open University is a good option for students with a course fee of INR 4,000.
