To take admission in any NIT, you must score good marks in JEE Mains Paper 1. Without clearing JEE Mains, you cannot take admission in any NIT and 12th marks do not affect your admission in NIT.

Hello,
For their MMS program, VIT isn't that well-known as a brand name and also for its placements. The average package is hardly around Rs 4-5 Lacs. If it is possible to reattempt CET and/or other exams, then it would be much better. Good luck.

Is this diploma equivalent to Class 12 PCM?
Since you have not explained properly about your diploma, I had to ask a question in response to your question.
You will have to verify if your diploma is equivalent to 10+2 PCM and acceptable to DGCA. If it is, you can take admission to AME course.

You should try to get admission directly in BDS or BAMS since chances in BDS are low since only qualified students are eligible.

This totally depends on the score of your examination in Oxford University for engineering science. It will be my suggestion to go for engineering in any IITs, NITs IIITs or any other Indian government college and go for Masters by cracking GRE and TOEFL tests.
