The official JAM 2025 Round 1 admission data released by IIT Patna indicates a strong demand for the MSc in Chemistry programme among General category applicants. According to the IIT Ropar JAM cutoff 2025, Round 1, MSc in Physics saw a significant increase in cutoff over the last three years. As per IIT Delhi JAM cutoff 2024, the last round cutoff rank was 415  for the General AI quota. In 2025, the cutoff for the same specialisation was 448.
