IIT Madras has also published the Round 1 cutoff for its MSc programs, which has shown notable movement over recent years. In the latest IIT JAM 2025 seat allotment results, the cutoff in the first Round of seat allotment results for the SC AI category stood between 917 and 1382. Similarly, for the ST AI category, the MSc cutoff stood between 2609 and 3263. Considering the cutoffs, it indicates that the ST AI category candidates has faced comparatively lenient cutoffs as compared to that of the SC AI category candidates.
