All the course you mentioned are good to pursue and all offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
After completing graduation you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your graduation and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
For your reference, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.

-To become an automotive engineer :
* You need to pursue Engineering degree/Diploma first with a strong base in Science and Mathematics.
* After graduation you can go for M.E./M.Tech in Automobile engineering.
* You may go for short/long term courses comprising of different levels such as designing, development or manufacturing with automotive. It depends on you where do you want to fit in.

After the course completion, automobile manufacturing industries such as TELCO, L&T, Ashok Leyland, Mahindra & Mahindra, Heldex India, Bajaj Autoand Gabrial employ automotive engineers as Senior Production Engineer, Quality Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer, etc.
- You can join defence services of the country.
- You may even set up your own business venture.
- You can take up teaching as a profession.

Always remember that there are many parameters on which salary depends such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience, etc so it would be tough to provide you specific detail.
Scope and salary depends on you, if you have interest in the field then you may get promoted and enjoy the benefits of getting promoted with increased salary.

To pursue B.Pharma you need to pass plus two with Physics, Chemistry, Maths (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, Maths & Biology. At Bachelor level there is no specialization.
You may contact the institute officials personally for specific criteria details.
2)
After obtaining a diploma or degree in pharmacy :
- You can apply in good pharma companies as a Medical Representative. You can apply for pharmacist post in hospitals.
- You may start research and development work.
- You may work in teaching field.
- After registering with the State Pharmacy Council you may set up your own pharmacy or chemists and druggists shop to stock and sell medicines and dispense them according to doctor's prescription.

A Masters degree in the similar field is needed to join the PhD program.
Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two Research Publications for the Ph.D programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.

Preparing for IAS requires combination of smartness and hard work. Do the right things to gain an edge over your competition:
*Get the right books for Prelims
*Start preparing at least 10 months before
*Solve past year questions to test yourself on regular basis
*Cover the scoring sections early
*Cover the syllabus strategically. Don't go for a "prepare all" approach for IAS prelims
*Balance paper 1 and 2
