ICAR recognition is required for research purpose. It has nothing to do with under graduation courses. It does not effect the job chances of a candidate. So, you can join the course in LPU without any tension and confusion.

U can go for jaypee , itm , amity jaipur ,Chitkara , Thapar,SRM,Birla Institute of Technology,
PSG College of Technology ,Dhirubhai Ambani Inst. of Information & Comm. Tech., VIT University
these all are private university
u can also go for affiliated colleges through MAHARSHI DAYANAND UNIVERSITY, ROHTAK ( state university)

B.com. is a good course to pursue and it offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
Commerce consists of a broad range of interdisciplinary branches such as Marketing, Finance, E-Commerce, Accountancy, and Economics.
A commerce education can lead to jobs with corporations and banks as investment bankers, managers, financial consultants, accountants, advisers etc.
I would suggest that once you complete your B.com you should work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA in finance as it will further enhance your career prospects.
