Hi Rahul,
After engineering I would personally suggest you to work for 3-4 years.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.

Following are some of the best institutes in India to pursue PGDM or MBA:
* Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad
* Indian Institute of Management Calcutta
* FMS- Delhi.
* XLRI-Jamshedpur and many more institutes.
For best specialization its always advisable to work for 1-2 years after completing graduation and then opt for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working you will know which specialization to opt while pursuing MBA.

there is a fixed percentage by AICTE for B.Tech admissions.
Reportedly from sources, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has nodded for lowering down the minimum +2 / II PUC percentage by 5%. Which means the eligibility criteria for engineering admissions will now be restored back to 45% for General and 40% for reserved categories. Earlier this year AICTE has hiked the eligibility norms to 50% for General & 45% for reserved classes keeping in view of quality. Hi Sudarshan the criteria for scholarship for VLSI and Embedded is that you will need to take the Sandeepani Online Test (OLT) based on your performance in the OLT you can obtain scholarship from 10% to 25%.
