Hi,
As correctly mentioned by Venissa about going ahead and pursuing degree course, I too would agree and advise you the same. With just a diploma, the growth prospects are narrow and hold limited growth options, hence it is advised to go for a degree course through lateral entry in engineering and then look for better career prospects coming your way.
Almost every state holds its own SLEEE and you can write these to qualify so to gain admission to the engineering courses through the correspondence mode.

Hello Mohan,
It depends upon your interest that which course you should join.If you are inclined towards software development career ,learn languages, but if you are interested in networking career than you can networking certification courses. Also you can pursue such certification courses from MGU University. My cousin is pursuing certification course in Hardware and Networking from this university. The advantages are ,the university is UGC accredited (adding value to the course),the course fee is very nominal, the faculty is well experienced adding to the skills of the student.
Thanks.
