Hi Suresh, rightly suggested by Mahesh, the score is not enough to make to univ in Germany,. Appearing for GRE and scoring well can be of some help. But I have my apprehensions.
Hence, with this score I would like to recommend some Grad Dips or PG dips in countries like AUs or Nz. Or even UK for a Masters.

If u want Operational part then u can do Fundamentals of Computers with Office Automation Course. If u want in Programming line then learn C, C++ and Core Java Language after that u can opt Advance Java and PHP in later stage. Simultaneously get hands on with database like MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle as well. If u choose Linux platform for making this efforts then it will be ultimate but it may be rare in computer institute. Later on get hands on Linux Operating System for making ur quality different from others. Get urself certified by the industry standards with global certifications.

Md, with your OBC Category Quota and with 80% you should be getting admissions in good colleges. Even you can try with colleges who are Muslim Minority Institution where special reservation would have been organised for you and definetly you can get place.

MBA in Germany requires one to have at least 2 yrs of work ex and GMAT.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
