I think it is time for you to go for a Masters degree, as this may provide you with the much needed growth that you are looking forward for.
There are several institutes in the country and you can look for these depending on the course that interests you or is beneficial as per your current job profile.
As per your education background, I think opting for a MBA or may be a PGDM would help you benefit in terms of internal growth options.If you are keen to pursue along with your job then you may opt for the Correspondence courses as well.
