I have passed my 3 year polytechnic diploma in electronics and comm. engg. with 64% overall marks. my 10th class percentage was 78% and my ielts score is 7.0 bands. the problem is that i have passed this diploma with 11 backlogs but i have cleared all those backlogs. the problem of backlogs was due to headache. i had a big problem in my head and when i used to start study long hours my head start aching. so i have had a major surgery of head.
if i write that problem in my SOP for the reason of backlogs , then will i get visa or what can i do to got visa?
