Hello Arman,
If you pursue B.Tech (4 years) and M.Tech (2 years) separately, you will need 6 years. On the other hand, with the integrated course, you need 5 years for the same. Considering current conditions, pursuing Masters is too important now.
Integrated courses are of 2 types: B.Tech + M.Tech (for purely technical stream) or B.Tech + MBA (If you want to have knowledge of both technical and business administration). The choice depends on you. However, not all colleges provide integrated courses. So, with limited seats, it's a tough game to get through.
I hope, I have been able to answer your queries to your satisfaction. If so, kindl

Hello,
Yes, if you want to go for M.Sc, then you can do it, but if you want to pursue it from IIT's, then you have to clear its entrance exam - IIT JAM.
To appear in IIT JAM, you must have obtained these aggregate marks without rounding off.
1. For general/OBC/NIL category: 55%
2. For SC/ ST and PWD category: 50%
If you are eligible, then you can write JAM entrance and go for M.Sc.
You can check the below mentioned link for more information:

I hope it helps.

Hi, It purely depends on who you are right now. If you already having a Bachelors degree then LL.B. Is preferable for you and not CLAT. CLAT doesn't provide LL.B. But if you are in your 12th standard and want to save your one year then you surely can go for CLAT and chose B.A. LL.B. Or BBA LL.B.

You need to score over 95% in class 12 and get a decent score in AIEE or IIT JEE. SAT exam is not mandatory, but if you score well, it will increase your chance. You can also appear for IELTS, and you need to score 6 band.

Hello Danish,
Its a good thought that you have chosen Canada as your study destination. The scope of courses depend on province to province. Civil Engineering and petroleum engineering courses are in great demand in Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba province. Aerospace and mechanical engineers are required in Quebec. But, you need to learn French in order to work in Quebec. If you are IT oriented then you can choose Ontario province.
All the best.
