B.Tech is 4 year course offered by certified technology Institute. B.E 4 year awarded by certified Engineering College. B.Sc is awarded by University and it is three year course.
Both the courses offer different degrees. While one is focused more on intensive programming and mathematical skills, the other focuses more on practical applications and technologies used in daily life.
In the job market certainly B.Tech qualification carries more value. You can expect better job prospects as well higher salary after B.Tech. But it is important you select the specialization based on your career aspiration.
