If you want to do Phd from germany then let me tell you The minimum educational eligibility conditions for doing a PhD program in Germany is a Master's degree in the subject area. However, in some exceptional cases with outstanding academic results, students may be permitted to take up a PhD program with a Bachelor's honor degree. This depends on the subject, the university, the department and sometimes on the individual academician's views. Student aspirants, who would like to pursue a PhD program in Germany's higher Institutions, are advised to check for the entire admission details and the financial supports, from the respective Universities or Institutes.

MBAinSingaporeis 1-1.5 years duration.Most of the universities requires good bachelors degree along with 2-3 years work experience along with Ielts score for MBA,but there are some universities having MBA for freshers also.So depending on your overall academics,you can look for MBA from Singapore.

It is also better option for your career that you doing sap course.It is very interesting and high demanded course in every company.Sap course have 32 or 42 module approx. And also per module have deeply study or case study and important in company or job.sap course are high from every course or degree.I am say that if you doing course that you get more large package,but main point that may be you not get job after sap course,because experience have is every thing in company.Sap course have current in company such that HR(Human Resource),Finance,CS(Cost Operation),Sd(Sale Distribution) etc.
This main module are high demanded in every company.Sap course are scope in India have more value and abroad have much value.
