Well Oracle and SAP are entirely a different career streams and Oracle is one of the most well growing fields as the demand of more and more professionals are on a rise for DBAs. There are might be some struggle initially but you will surely get through provided you try hard.
As for SAP is concerned, this will be more beneficial if you had some prior work experience, even though ABAP is best suited for students .of the IT background and you can opt for the same.

You do have good scores. However, you cannot apply for a PHD degree directly after pursuing your masters. If you want to apply for a PHD degree in a field, you would need to pursue a masters degree in the same field.
Regarding integrated PHD, such a degree is not majorly offered in USA. I do not deny that there are some universities that do offer such a degree directly after bachelors, but such universities are very rare. If you are really interested in pursuing integrated PHD, i would recommend looking for a college in India.

Well with just a matriculation as the education qualification (10th), there are limited option although the age limit might not be the affecting factor in most of the options. To pursue higher education, you would require to complete your 11 and 12th and this you can do this by qualifying the respective exams through Private / NIOS post which you may then decide your field of interest and can opt for further education in the same.
