The reasons may be money motivation, better career prospects, self employment motive, social status and power, easier hop from middle management cadre to top management cadre, interest in business and so on. The government is the loser if you are not in a self financing engineering institution.

hi, CCNA is not a easy thing to do. but if you can complete your PG in IT (MsIT, or MSCIT, MBA IT,) or any IT background. it will be good for job with CCNA. without PG if you go for CCNA, the first question you will be faced by HR will be with Commerce background why did you choise technical thing?. can you answer such question. so first do some PG with IT background Even in Distance aslo fine. then go for CCNA. all the best.

dont look at the ranking of the universities because you wont find right ranking cause someone may put their university in the top level so better you decide what rank you will give ask ex-students of that universities what facilities they are giving.few days before there are no one indian university in top 100 university of the world so that means indian university is not good?so better don't rank them just you find out.

Better do your embedded course at institutes like CDAC and DOEACC to add value to your profile. Quality education counts. I am not aware of ISM, any way. CCNA is only a certification, not a qualification, if I am not wrong. You can do it part time/along with other courses .

IGNOU, SMU and almost all universities in India offer distance MBA. If you do not want to quit your job, try correspondence/ part time course. Else get your leave sanctioned and do a regular course.
