I would say that it is a long process since you in class XII right now. Following is the process-
1. Pick a bachelors degree in English Literature followed by a masters program in the same.
2. If you wish to be a teacher in school, then go for B.ED and crack Teacher Eligibility Test. Eligibility conditions are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
