I would say that it is a long process since you in class XII right now. Following is the process-
1. Pick a bachelors degree in English Literature followed by a masters program in the same.
2. If you wish to be a teacher in school, then go for B.ED and crack Teacher Eligibility Test. Eligibility conditions are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
(b) Having studied at least two subjects at the bachelor's degree level, to be later taken as school teaching subjects
3. Else if you aim at being a lecturer, then I would advice you to go for a regular masters degree in a relevant discipline and clear U.G.C NET conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.
Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects can appear for the exam. Those who have acquired post graduation from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.

Pursuing studies abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.
- Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However, please remember since pursuing education abroad involves a huge investment of time and money, so a proper research should be done to select the best universities offering course of your interest.
You should not simply pursue education abroad just for the sake of going abroad, because not all the universities abroad are good.

3. Select optional subjects considering your own comfort in understanding the subject and the process should be done carefully since it is the very deciding factor for your selection in this prestigious exam.
4. Preparing for IAS requires combination of smartness and hard work. Do the right things to gain an edge over your competition:
*Get the right books for Prelims
*Start preparing at least 10 months before
*Solve past year questions to test yourself on regular basis
*Cover the scoring sections early
*Cover the syllabus strategically. Don't go for a "prepare all" approach for IAS prelims
*Balance paper 1 and 2

The Executive MBA course spans over a year where the programs utilises the team approach to disburse the learning's.

There are several eligibility criteria's that have to be considered while considering an Executive MBA course.
To pursue Executive MBA one needs to have at least 3 years of work experience and a bachelor's degree from recognized university.
There are some colleges that insist on aspiring students having a post graduate degree too as a criterion.
Other than this, depending on the institute's requirements, the aspiring students would have to clear the entrance exams, the group discussions and the personal interview rounds.

Yes you can. Candidates are advised to appear in the subject of their post-graduation only. In the entire subject list, Computer Science and Applications is the only category that goes with your M.tech IT specialization.
Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects can appear for the exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.
Age Qualification:
The candidates appearing for JRF should not be above 28 years of age. The candidates appearing only for lectureship have no upper age limit. Age relaxation of 5 years will be given to SC/ST/OBC or physically disabled or women or visually handicapped.
***Any Indian citizen can appear for this exam. But they should have pursued the Master's degree as per the UGC norms. (Check the UGC website)

How to Register For SNAP 2012 ?
Step 1.
Register for SNAP Test at www.snaptest.org. The Candidate is required to upload a latest scanned photograph of self at the time of online registration. This will generate your SNAP ID. To pay the fees different ‘Payment Advice’ formats are created. Choose a payment mode and print a ‘Payment Advice’ form accordingly.
Step 2.
Pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1550/- according to the payment mode.
Step 3.
SNAP Test Admit Card should be printed from the SNAP website. This will be operative from December 03, 2012 and will remain open till December 16, 2012.
Ensure the following.
Download and take a print out of the Admit Card online.
Bring the Admit card with the Photo Id Proof to the Test Centre. An acceptable photo identity is any one of the following,
Passport.
Driving license.
College / Institute identity card.
Credit card with photograph.
Voter ID Card.
Pan Card
At the time of the written test, it is mandatory to produce photo identity as described above. Symbiosis Authorized Person will verify and authenticate your Admit Card against the photo-id. Please preserve this authenticated Admit Card for further GE/PI processes.
