There are multiple institutes like Arena, MAAC, Frameboxx, NiDT, etc are offering PG specialised courses at Delhi. Most of them are having tie-up with recognised universities. Fees for their programs vary from around 2 lakhs to 10 lakhs depending on the course content, duration as well as other features.
Perhaps, it may be a good idea to have a look at their websites to compare different courses and choose the best course among them.

As per your query, it seems that you are interested in pursuing MBA from abroad, so regarding this please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have good academic record, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. TOEFL or IELTS.
However, if you do not wish to work and continue with your studies in that case you may consider pursuing Msc in management.

Yes you can. Two degrees- one regular while the other correspondence, or both distance from different universities is valid and acceptable.
However, it is advisable that you consult the respective university/college and also speak to U.G.C officials for the right guidance.

Dear Salman, it is surprising that even after completion of Ph.D., you are not aware of rule position. Firstly, it is not certificate in case of Ph.D. After successful defense of thesis, Ph.D. notification is issued. Afterwards, degree is issued. both of these do not require any kind of attestation by MHRD or any other regulatory body. Since, your university does not have engineering department and not approved by AICTE, your degree will be of science and not of engineering or technology.
