Although, advisable is that you should go for a regular MBA programme as it not only gives you good practical exposure but also helps you in getting better job opportunities, but if you cannot go for a full time MBA then look for part time like FMS, or MDI etc.
However, If you want to go for correspondence programme you should keep few things in mind such as: First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), Secondly, the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market. Well based on your prior education background of ECE, I would say that you can opt for certifications in the domain of Networking like CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), or you may opt for JAVA, J2EE, Digital Signal Processing, VLSI Design, Embedded Systems and Industrial Automation, etc. Even SAP or Oracle will be a great idea.
All the above would certainly enhance your knowledge and aptitude as well as get you a bright future. There are increased job opportunities for graduates with B.Tech in Electronics and Communication in different areas like Power Sector, Software Engineering, Telecommunication, Hardware Manufacturing, etc. And with additional certifications in the kitty, one can definitely expect both good designation and salary graph as well.
