Going through the previous years' questions papers will give you an idea about the type of the questions. There was s no sectional cut off. But there is minimum marks required for qualifying to the next round as the combined score of cat and this test gives you chance to appear for gdpi.

The placement is good , this year also more than 50 companies have visited campus in the first phase itself I.e before Diwali and around 120 students have been placed the avg. Package is around 5-5.6 lacs pa. And maximum package till now is 8 lacs .Companies like JP Morgan,Delloite, TCS,CRISIL,KOTAK,HDFC,ICICI,ITC ,Nerolac,Zycus ETC have visited and biggies like L & T ,Yes Bank,SBI etc are scheduled in this month. To get placement in Ibs you have to perform good in aptitude and if you are selected in that then you will get a mail regarding the next round .the problem is you won't get marks I.e how much u have scored in apti so I can't tell u how much u have to get in order to qualify for next round. So if u are selected u will have to go through 1 GD & PI in order to get placement in Ibs Hyderabad, mumbai, & pune your combined score should be 80 percentile & above.in ibsat. So do ur best.
