Hi Puneet, to pursue PhD you need to first prepare your research proposal and send it to the university. The research proposal must include a summary of the proposal and then the proposal in detail. You need to write the topic, reason for doing research, how the research will be beneficial to the community and the university, what is the different thing you are doing that hasn't been undertaken earlier. If the university accepts your proposal you will be asked to send in your documents after which you will get the offer letter. Then meeting all the requirements you can begin with the visa process. To approach a University you must contact the dean or the professor at the University and ask them if there is any research going on. Because its always not mentioned on the University's website whether the research in your field of interest is going on or not.

To become a comedian being funny is not the only criteria but one should have a good sense of humour. A good comedian has to be spontaneous and should always be ready with a funny statement to his defense.
As this a very rare course, there are hardly any institute that offers this course but you can try in few good film institutes as this profession has a relation to the film industry.

Pls do let me know in which field you want to do PhD and what was your previous education?
However The minimum educational eligibility conditions for doing a PhD program in Germany is a Master's degree in the subject area. However, in some exceptional cases with outstanding academic results, students may be permitted to take up a PhD program with a Bachelor's honor degree. This depends on the subject, the university, the department and sometimes on the individual academician's views. Student aspirants, who would like to pursue a PhD program in Germany's higher Institutions, are advised to check for the entire admission details and the financial supports, from the respective Universities or Institutes.

Hi Nidhi, Almost all the MSc programs are of 1 year duration. You have not mentioned your background in studies. Ideally, most of the Art and Design programs require you to submit Portfolio of your own art work as part of the admission procedure. if you already have a degree in Design or Architecture, you can look into some of the top universities in Architecture that would offer these programs. While there are lot of universities, some of the top Architecture Schools include the following - University of Bath, University of Cardiff, Sheffield, Newcastle Oxford Brookes, Sheffield Hallam, Manchester School of Architecture, University of Kent, Edinburgh or Glasgow School of Art and so on. To get into good B-schools you need to ideally give GMAT for US. While it is not mandatory to have a GMAT for UK, it would help your candidature because you have just about the required experience to apply for top b-schools.
An IELTS / TOEFL is a definite requirement. With 3 years experience, you should look for MBA that are accredited by AMBA as this will allow you to get a professional recognition and better networking opportunity. Depending on your budget and other requirements you can shortlist the universities. For a peek into the rankings - look at Financial Times Rankings for B-schools. Hope this helps.
