It's good to hear that you have such a high ambition in your career. As you have set your ambition so high, so you should also be aware that you need to work really hard. You should understand the basics of physics, chemistry, mathematics and computers that you will be learning in class 11th and 12th.
You should ensure that your marks are above 80 percent in class 12th board examinations. Along with these, you also need to prepare for competitive exams. Books for preparations for IIT-JEE / AIEEE are easily available in the market. It is recommended that you join a good IIT coaching institute as well. They will help you to understand the concept better. They also take periodic tests which help you analyze how much are you prepared and how much more effort you need to put.
Then, you need to apply and appear for IIT-JEE Mains and IIT-JEE Advanced after completing your class 12th board examination and score good.
I wouldn't recommend dropping a year or so after class 12th board examinations for preparations for competitive entrance examinations.
However, I would also advise you to appear for other entrance examinations as well. This serves as a backup plan if things don't end up as per you had planned. You should also appear for AIEEE and state level examinations (COMEDK for Karnataka, EAMCET for Andhra Pradesh / Telangana, OJEE for Odisha etc.). The more the entrance examinations you appear for, the more options you will have for choosing colleges.

You can opt for MS in business analytics, management information systems and supply chain management.
MS is equivalent to MBA from a top-notch B-School of India with a hefty fee-structure for approx. 20 lakhs. Approximately same is the fees for MS from a good university of US like University of Connecticut, Waterloo or Orlando. To get admission in foreign university you need to crack GRE and clear TOFEL (language proficiency test). As the general conception score above 320 in GRE will lead you in a better position to apply for good universities.
MBA from India is of more value for work experienced people if they pursue it from any of the top-20 B-Schools. No doubt IIMs are leaders in this.
As you have prior work ex in quality process you can go for operations management is chiefly concerned with planning, organizing and supervising in the contexts of production, manufacturing or the provision of services.

1. Getting official certifications from registered bodies truly helps. Plenty of job opportunities follow after you get certified. In case you are planning then do check if placement is available at any place that you want to do certification. Check reviews and alumni feedback.
2. There are lot of cases where after graduation or Masters, candidates get into learning and development sector in corporate companies and pursue their career from thereon. This is by attending job fairs and interviews. References too work very well.
3. Refer to host of free courses and sessions on you tube and develop the skills and then take up opportunities as freelancers. To start with, take up projects with less experience requirement and with time continue on to do challenging projects
4. Register with leading training institutes for getting opportunities and calls for training projects
