MIM - Masters in Management. This course is for graduates with little or no work experience. MBA is for graduates with more than 2 to 3 years of work experience. Benefits of doing MIM:
1. No need of any work experience 2. It is not that expensive as MBA 3. Best alternative for an MBA4. Started its roots in Europe but now increasing its popularity throughout the world5. Career opportunities - graduates will get entry level positions in various business firms.6. Though salaries of MIM graduates aren't that high as MBA graduates but one can learn a lot from MIM. It gives better opportunities, international exposure, etc.
