Hi Dear,
There are many organisations in Germany that award scholarships and grants to international students. For example, the DAAD specifically funds advanced students, graduates and postgraduates, i.e. doctoral students. Besides public funding organisations, there are also many private initiatives offered by business and industry, media and politics that are committed to supporting young international academics and researchers. For more details please contact DAAD office .
Hope this helps!

Although, Experience is always an added advantage in any field especially the technical fields like networking, but while choosing the candidates, the companies look at there overall personality which will not include your work experience but also on the things like how clear are your fundamentals, how good is your hold on your area of interest, your academic capabilities and your capacity to perform. So, as you are from Engineering background and have a CCNA certification you stand a good chance to get a job provided you perform well at the time of Job interviews.

Hi,
Please find below the list of universities where you can apply for MS Real Estate. The cost of the universities is relatively low compared to most universities in US:
1) John Hopkins University
2) Pace University
3) Arizona State University
4) University of Texas, Arlington
If you remove the cost factor, there are many better universities where you can apply.
For further details, please visit https://usa.shiksha.com
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
