Hi,
US,UK,Germany and Singapore are among the best study destination to pursue MS in electronics, a masters degree form universities in these countries is world wide acclaimed and acknowledged.
To pursue MS from universities in these countries you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus.
Universities in UK do not requires GRE scores.

Hiii.
As you are already in the last semester of BCA .you can apply for IT firms for different IT/programming positions. HCL,Cognizent and many other companies recruit candidates with similar educational background.
Doing Masters will enhance your knowledge but salary wise there is not much difference.So it advisable to join company and gain experience.
