Keeping in mind your prior qualification that is an MBA in Marketing, I would suggest you to opt for a PG in Public Relations/Corporate Communications. Corporate Communication / PR is a very good course and has a lot of demand in the professional market. PR requires more of personality and communication skills, one needs to get his or her work done. A PR is basically the face of the organization and is responsible for all the client meetings and getting business for the organization, so one has to be really convincing and of course PR pays "well".

Some important points which should be noted down before appearing for the exam are:
Notes should be prepared while studying different topics so that it is easy to refer to these notes. First and foremost the difficult part of a particular subject should be solved then you can proceed to the easier ones. This would help you to cover all the portions. By solving previous years question papers you will be exposed well to the syllabus of the exam. You will also be able to understand the model of the questions generally asked. If one develops a systematic approach then it will surely lead him to the path of success.
You should sincerely work hard and make maximum use of time. Another method would be revision. It will help you to become more acquainted with the portions. At the same time too much of studying may lead to fatigue. So taking some intervals will also be good. It would help to freshen up your mind.
