As per the policy of Public Sector Banks, they are supposed to provide education loan for all kind of diploma and degree courses but they prefer to give loan for those diploma/degrees where chances of employment after the completion of education is high. They also tend to approve loans faster to government, PSU and MNC company employee's children. For small traders, private firm employees and farmer's children they often ask for property document and reference from economically sound persons. It also depends upon the attitude of Bank managers.
In your case, you will have to check yourself on these parameters. Secondly, visit the bank with your father and check out yourself. Usually, along with loan application, you will have to submit admission slip copy and fees structure of the institute on their letter pad. Lastly, the institute must be recognized by an appropriate government agency.

Its good to know that, you wish to pursue MBA, UK and US are the best study destination to pursue MBA.
Please remember to pursue MBA form good universities abroad, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
To pursue MBA form US and UK, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 85-90 plus.
Universities in UK and US have two admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall (August) intake.
Spring (January) intake.
Average fees at UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year and average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

A diploma in Mass Comm will b e a good option but will not be enough to make a successful career in the Media/Mass Comm. industry as a diploma will be good enough to start but in order to grow one needs a proper degree.
Mass Comm is a very demanding and challenging course and has a lot to offer like Journalism, advertising,Marketing, PR etc. so you can opt anyone and specialize in it. Also, Mass Comm offers a good career scope in its various domains .
